How do I place an admin bulk order?

Do you need to make a bulk order for a whole class — for example, for a school trip or a special event? This can easily be done in Kanpla’s admin platform. Follow the steps below to place your order.


Follow these steps to place an admin bulk order:

Step-by-step guide

Step 1: Log in to admin.kanpla.

Step 2: From the Overview, click Add an order in the top right corner.

Step 3: In the school dropdown (top right), select the correct school.

Step 4: In the user dropdown (top right), search for “Admin” and select the admin account for the correct class.

Step 5: In the module selector (top right), choose the admin orders module.

Step 6: A table with all products and weekdays will appear. All products under a category will appear when you open the dropdown. First, navigate to the relevant week using the arrows at the top.

Step 7: Place your order by entering the desired quantities into the fields for each day and product.

Step 8: Confirm your order by clicking Save.

That’s it — your bulk order is now placed and will be included in delivery planning.
