How do I change a child's order after the deadline? (3 minute read)

Once the daily ordering deadline has passed (typically 14:00 noon Thursday the week before delivery), parents can no longer change or cancel orders themselves. However, there are still options available — depending on your admin permissions and setup.


For Admins – Changing an Order on Behalf of a User post deadline:

If you need to place an order for a parent manually:

Steps in admin.kanpla.dk:

Step 1: Log in to admin.kanpla.dk


Step 2: Go to Overview


Step 3: In the top right corner press Add an order


Step 4: Press the dropdown box to select:

  • Location

  • User (Child)

  • The module the order should be placed at

Step 5: Tap on the day you want to change the order for


Step 6: Select the dish you wish to change/cancel


Step 7: Tap “Confirm” to approve your adjustments


Step 8: A checkmark will now appear on the selected day, and a confirmation message will pop up on the screen
