If a parent needs to update or switch their child’s meal after placing an order — and the deadline hasn’t passed yet — they can easily do this in the app or browser.
For Parents – Steps to Change an Order:
In the Glanmore App:
Step 1: Open the Glanmore app
Step 2: Select the correct child (if more than one)
Step 3: Tap on the day with the existing order
Step 4: Tap the currently selected meal to deselect it
Step 5: Choose the new meal
Step 6: Tap “Confirm” to save the change
A confirmation message will appear, and the checkmark will update to reflect the new selection.

Steps in admin.kanpla.io:
Step 1: Log in to admin.kanpla.io
Step 2: Go to Overview
Step 3: In the top right corner press Add an order
Step 4: Press the dropdown box to select:
Location
User (Child)
The module the order is placed at
Step 5: Tap on the day you want to edit the order for
Step 6: Select the dish you wish to change the order to
Step 7: Tap “Confirm” to approve your adjustment
Step 8: A checkmark will now appear on the selected day, and a confirmation message will pop up on the screen
