How do parents check that their order has been placed successfully? (3 minute read)

As an admin, you may be asked by parents how they can confirm whether an order has gone through. Fortunately, the system makes it easy for users to view their order confirmations directly in the app or browser.


Here’s how you can explain it to them:

View Orders via Profile Settings

Step 1: Tap the profile icon (top-right corner)

Step 2: Scroll down and tap “Account history”

Step 3: Choose “Orders”


Step 4: A full overview of recent orders will appear, filtered by:

  • Module (e.g. lunch ordering)

  • Time period (e.g. “Today” or “This Week”)

Step 5: To see today’s lunch confirmation, select the Lunch module and set the scope to “Today” in the top-left
