How do I place an order in the past for a user? (2 minute read)

Note: You can place orders retroactively for users if they meet one of the following criteria:

  • For company-invoiced orders: The order can be invoiced to the user’s company. For example, if you add an order from 6 weeks ago and the company has already been billed for that period, the charge for the new order will appear on the next invoice.

  • For individual orders paid personally by the user: The user’s Kanpla account has sufficient funds in their balance to cover the order charge.

Quick steps:

Step 1: Log in to Kanpla Administration.

Step 2: Open the left-side panel and select Overview.

Step 3: In the top-right corner, click on Add an Order.

Step 4: Search for salesplace, user account, and module associated with the order.

Step 5: Select the desired date.

Step 6: Add and Confirm the Order.
