Note: You can place orders retroactively for users if they meet one of the following criteria:
For company-invoiced orders: The order can be invoiced to the user’s company. For example, if you add an order from 6 weeks ago and the company has already been billed for that period, the charge for the new order will appear on the next invoice.
For individual orders paid personally by the user: The user’s Kanpla account has sufficient funds in their balance to cover the order charge.
Quick steps:
Step 1: Log in to Kanpla Administration.
Step 2: Open the left-side panel and select Overview.
Step 3: In the top-right corner, click on Add an Order.
Step 4: Search for salesplace, user account, and module associated with the order.
Step 5: Select the desired date.
Step 6: Add and Confirm the Order.
