The Invitations Dashboard helps you track the status of invitations sent to users. In the "Status" field, you’ll see one of three possible statuses:
Not Sent:
The invitation link hasn’t been sent to the email listed in the dashboard.Sent:
The invitation link has been sent to the email shown in the dashboard.Accepted:
The invitation link was sent, and the user has signed up and created an account.
Note: To check the details of a user who are marked as "Accepted" — including the email they used and other information — go to the main page, click “Show users” in the right corner, search for the child's name, and you’ll find the email they registered with.
Important:
The email shown in the Invitations Dashboard is the one the invitation was sent to. It might not be the same email the user used to create their account — users can sign up with a different email address if they choose.
If no email appears in the dashboard:
You can still send the invitation link manually. Click the copy icon next to the green “Invite” button to copy the link and send it directly to the user.
