As an admin, you’ll be assisting parents with transitioning to the new Glanmore lunch ordering system.
Follow this step-by-step guide when helping families get started:
Step 1: Accept the Invitation
Access to the new platform is by invitation only, and every parent must start by accepting invitation.
Here’s what parents need to know:
🔹 Each child generates a separate invitation: Parents with multiple children will receive multiple invitations - one per child.
🔹 Same email address required: To ensure all children are grouped under the same parent account, they must use the same email address when accepting each invite.
Where can they find the invitation?
Via WebOrder (old system):
When parents log in to the old WebOrder platform, they’ll see an invitation link to the new Kanpla-powered platform.
Via Email:
An invitation is also sent to the email address registered in the WebOrder system.
If they cannot find it, advise them to check their spam or junk folders, or search their inbox for the subject line “Signup invite to Glanmore
If they still don’t see it, it’s likely their invitation hasn’t been sent yet.
Step 2: Download the New Glanmore App
This is a completely new app, so even returning parents will need to download it:
Step 3: Log In and Add Children
Once the invitation is accepted and the app is installed, parents can log in using the credentials they created during sign-up.
Managing children:
After logging in, they can tap the profile icon (top right corner) to see and manage their linked children.
