Where to Find the Invitations Dashboard as an Admin on kanpla.admin
Log in to kanpla.admin, then select “Invitations” from the left-hand menu. This will open the Invitations Dashboard where you can manage all pending and active invitations.
Actions Available in the Dashboard
In the Invitations Dashboard, you have two main actions:
Copy Invitation Link: Copy the invite link to send directly to the user (e.g., via email).
Send Invitation: Click the Invite button to send the invitation link directly through the system.
Understanding Invitation Statuses
Not sent
This status means the invitation has not yet been sent and the user has not accepted it. You can send the invitation link to the user by clicking the Invite button or copying the link to share manually.
Sent
This indicates the invitation has been sent to the user’s email inbox. The date next to “Sent” shows the last time the invite was sent. You can resend the invitation by clicking the Invite button again.
Accepted
The user has accepted the invitation and completed the account setup. At this point, the invitation link is no longer active, and the Invite button will be disabled (greyed out). The user should now log in to the Glanmore Foods app using the credentials they created during sign-up:Android: Download on Google Play
After downloading, the user can click Log In and enter their credentials to access their account.
