How do I set up an allergen in the parents account?

Parents can only manage their child’s allergen information directly in the Kanpla app.

Step 1 – They should log into their parent account

  1. Open the Kanpla app.

  2. Sign in using their login credentials.

Step 2 – Go to the child’s profile

  1. Tap Profile → Switch.

  2. Select the child whose allergen information you want to manage.

Step 3 – Access allergen settings

  1. Open the Allergens section.

  2. You will see a list of common allergens (e.g., nuts, gluten, dairy).
    ​

Step 4 – Select allergens

  1. Tick the allergens the child needs to avoid.

  2. Tap confirm no allergies to confirm the choices.
