How do I add an order?

Orders on the Glanmore platform can be placed by parents in the app or browser, or manually by an admin if needed.


For Parents – How to Add an Order in the App

You can guide parents to place their own orders by following these steps:

Steps in the Glanmore App:

  1. Open the Glanmore app

  2. Select the correct child (if more than one)

  3. Tap on the day you want to order for to view the menu

  4. Select the dish you wish to order

  5. Tap “Confirm” to approve your selection

  6. A checkmark will now appear on the selected day, and a confirmation message will pop up on the screen

The order is now successfully placed and will be visible under your upcoming meals.

For Admins – Placing an Order on Behalf of a User

If you need to place an order for a parent manually:

Steps in admin.kanpla.io:

  1. Log in to admin.kanpla.io

  2. Go to Overview

  3. In the top right corner press Add an order

  4. Press the dropdown box to select:

    • Location

    • User (Child)

    • The module the order should be placed at

  5. Tap on the day you want to order for to view the menu

  6. Select the dish you wish to order

  7. Tap “Confirm” to approve your selection

  8. A checkmark will now appear on the selected day, and a confirmation message will pop up on the screen

You can also modify or cancel orders from the Add an order tab if needed.
