How do I change a child's order before the deadline?

If a parent needs to update or switch their child’s meal after placing an order — and the deadline hasn’t passed yet — they can easily do this in the app or browser.


For Parents – Steps to Change an Order:

In the Glanmore App:

  1. Open the Glanmore app

  2. Select the correct child (if more than one)

  3. Tap on the day with the existing order

  4. Tap the currently selected meal to deselect it

  5. Choose the new meal

  6. Tap “Confirm” to save the change

A confirmation message will appear, and the checkmark will update to reflect the new selection.

Steps in admin.kanpla.io:

  1. Log in to admin.kanpla.io

  2. Go to Overview

  3. In the top right corner press Add an order

  4. Press the dropdown box to select:

    • Location

    • User (Child)

    • The module the order is placed at

  5. Tap on the day you want to edit the order for

  6. Select the dish you wish to change the order to

  7. Tap “Confirm” to approve your adjustment

  8. A checkmark will now appear on the selected day, and a confirmation message will pop up on the screen
