How do I change a child's order after the deadline?

Once the daily ordering deadline has passed (typically 14:00 noon Thursday the week before delivery), parents can no longer change or cancel orders themselves. However, there are still options available — depending on your admin permissions and setup.


For Admins – Changing an Order on Behalf of a User post deadline:

If you need to place an order for a parent manually:

Steps in admin.kanpla.dk:

  1. Log in to admin.kanpla.dk

  2. Go to Overview

  3. In the top right corner press Add an order

  4. Press the dropdown box to select:

    • Location

    • User (Child)

    • The module the order should be placed at

  5. Tap on the day you want to change the order for

  6. Select the dish you wish to change/cancel

  7. Tap “Confirm” to approve your adjustments

  8. A checkmark will now appear on the selected day, and a confirmation message will pop up on the screen
