How do parents check that their order has been placed successfully?

As an admin, you may be asked by parents how they can confirm whether an order has gone through. Fortunately, the system makes it easy for users to view their order confirmations directly in the app or browser.


Here’s how you can explain it to them:

Option 1: View Orders via the Receipt Icon

  1. Open the Kanpla app or go to app.kanpla.io

  2. Tap the receipt icon in the top-right corner of the screen

  3. A full overview of recent orders will appear, filtered by:

    • Module (e.g. lunch ordering)

    • Time period (e.g. “Today” or “This Week”)

  4. To see today’s lunch confirmation, select the Lunch module and set the scope to “Today” in the top-left

Option 2: View Orders via Profile Settings

  1. Tap the profile icon (top-right corner)

  2. Scroll down and tap “Account history”

  3. Choose “Orders”

    This will show a timeline of orders across modules and dates.
