To print out the display signs with the menu or products available today, follow these steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the Menu Tab:
Access the Menu tab in your Kanpla Administration account.
Step 2: Add Today’s Main Meal:
For example, if you’ve added Roasted Chicken with Risotto as the main meal for today, ensure that it is correctly listed.
Step 3: Add Allergen Information:
Make sure to add any relevant allergens for the meal to ensure compliance and safety.
Step 4: Save Your Settings:
Click Save in the top right corner to confirm your meal and allergen information.
Step 5: Print the Menu Sign:
After saving, click the Print button. You will have two options:
Step 6: Create a New Print Plan: Choose this option to set up a new print plan, deciding the specific settings you want. Once saved, the meal plan will adjust the content on the sign based on the main meal you selected.
step 7: Print an Existing Menu: If you already have a print plan set up, you can select this option to print the previously configured menu.
By following these steps, you can easily create and print out the daily menu signs for your canteen.
