How to create a feedback survey for users (3-Minute Read)

A feedback survey is a powerful tool for engaging with your customers and enhancing their experience at your canteen. It provides valuable insights into how your customers perceive your services, food, and overall app experience.

Quick Steps:

Step 1: Access the Feedback Survey Section

  • Log in to your admin account and go to the Communication menu on the left side of the screen.

  • Select Feedback from the options provided.

Step 2: Create a New Survey

  • Click on the Create New Feedback Survey button.

  • Enter a Title for your survey (e.g., “How would you rate the service at the canteen?”).

Step 3: Customise Your Survey

  • Press Create Survey to proceed to the survey editor.

  • Add a description if needed to give context for your questions (e.g., "We'd love to hear your thoughts on our service and food quality").

Step 4: Add Questions

  • Start by adding your first question (e.g., "How would you rate the service at the canteen?").

  • Choose the input type (e.g., Single-Line Input for short answers). You can also choose other input formats depending on the type of feedback you need.

Step 5: Customise Each Question

  • You can decide if the question should be required, if it should be duplicated, or if it should be deleted.

  • On the right-hand panel, you can further customize the questions as needed.

Step 6: Save Your Progress

  • Press Save once you’ve finished customizing your survey.

Step 7: Choose Survey Recipients

  • Select which salesplaces should receive the survey.

  • Set the date for when you want the survey to be sent out. You can also schedule multiple surveys to go out at different times, even planning them for the entire year!

Step 8: Send Your Survey

  • Once everything is set, click Send to distribute your feedback survey to your chosen recipients.
