Category Breakdown: The list can be customised to display totals for different categories (e.g., cold vs. warm dishes), allowing the kitchen to better manage production for each category.
Scheduled Lists: The Production List can be automatically sent to the kitchen at a specific time each day, ensuring the kitchen staff knows when to start meal production.
Important Notes:
The Production List does not divide orders by salesplace. Instead, it provides an overall total of each product and category for the day.
Important note: If your Production List is scheduled to be sent at a specific time, avoid adding orders after the list has been sent, as those additional orders will not be included in the list.
