You can now easily bulk import user data directly into Kanpla Administration. This helps you save time when adding many users or updating existing data – for example, Employee Card IDs or External IDs.
Step-by-step guide:
Go to “Order Overview”
Log in to admin.kanpla.dk and go to Order Overview in the left-hand menu.
Click on “Show users”
In the top right corner, click Show users to open the user page.
Here, you’ll see a list of all existing users.
Open the import menu
Click on the three dots (...) in the top right corner and select Import users.
Select a location
Choose the location that the users you want to update or add data to belong to.
Download the user template
Click Download template to get an Excel file on your computer.
You’ll use this file to enter your user data.
Fill out the user data in the file
Fill in the fields that are relevant for your setup, for example:
ID
Name
Contact name
Address
External ID
Employee Card ID
Tip: You don’t need to fill out every field – only those that are relevant for your setup.
Upload the file to Kanpla
Once you’ve filled out the template, upload the file on the same page where you downloaded it.
Kanpla will automatically validate the file and notify you if there are any errors.
Start Import
Press Start Import and wait for the changes/import to be done.
Review and confirm your upload
When the file is uploaded successfully, click Continue to see a summary of your upload.
Your user data is now imported!
