IMPORTANT: Only administrators can use the Location ID to create an account.
Parents cannot use the Location ID for sign-up. If you are unsure about the process, please contact Kanpla Support at [email protected].
Step 1: Go to admin.kanpla.io
Step 2: In the left-hand menu, go to Settings → Salesplaces
Step 3: Click on the location you want the ID for.
Step 4: In the column named "Location ID", you'll find the 4-digit Location ID that users can use during sign-up
Note: This ID ensures that users are assigned to the correct salesplace during registration.
