How do I export refunds from Kanpla Administration? (2 minute read)

This guide helps you navigate Statistics so you can efficiently manage and analyze data about refunds for your sales location.


Follow these simple steps to access and manage refund data in Kanpla Administration:

Step 1: Log in, Go to the Kanpla Administration portal and log in with your credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to Statistics, Click on Statistics in the left panel to open the Kanpla Statistics section.

Step 3: Go to Data Export, Select Data Export in the Statistics section to create a new data export file.

Step 4: Click on ‘+’ in the top right corner to create a new data export.

Step 5: Name your file (e.g. Refunds) and select the type: Sales – one row per product

This export includes the same data as the previous Sales Overview.

Step 6: Review the pre-selected columns

The most commonly used columns are already selected to help you get started quickly – including ‘Order & Refunds’.

Step 7: Click on Download to export your file or set up an automatic export so you receive it regularly by email.

Note: Filtering by selector is not available directly in Data Export, but you can easily filter in the spreadsheet after downloading.
