If a parent deletes their Kanpla account on the Glanmore Foods platform, it is not something that can be restored automatically by the user. However, it is possible to recover the account — with help from Kanpla’s technical team.

Restoration is not instant – it typically takes a few working days.
The parent should not attempt to register again with the same email while the restoration is in progress, as it can cause further issues.

If a parent contacts you saying they deleted their account and need access again, here’s what to do:
Step 1: Reassure the Parent
