This step-by-step guide will walk you through how to create a new invoice (billing) block for a specific salesplace. By the end, you’ll have a fully configured block that ensures your partners are billed correctly—complete with fees, frequency, and the correct location and department settings.

Whether you’re setting this up for the first time or updating an existing structure, this guide is designed to be easy to follow, even if you’re new to Kanpla’s admin system.

Step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Go to www.admin.kanpla.dk and log in with your admin credentials.

- You can also choose a specific department within the location if needed.

Step 8: Choose which modules (e.g., Orders, POS, Subscriptions) this billing block should be connected to

Step 9: Go to the “Fees” section to apply any relevant charges:

  • Delivery fees

  • Billing fees

  • Or customized fees based on invoice, delivery day, or per location

(e.g., Clean-up fees or service charges)

Step 10: Enter the EAN or CVR number for the company being billed.

Step 11: Once all necessary fields are filled out, click “Save” to create the billing block.

Your billing block is now set up and ready to use.
