How to Access the Customer Overview Dashboard

  1. Log in: Start by logging into Kanpla Administration with your credentials.

  2. Navigate to Statistics: In the left-hand panel, click Statistics to access the Kanpla Statistics section.

  3. Open Customer Overview: On the left sidebar, click on Customer Overview to view the dashboard.


Understanding the Customer Overview Dashboard


The Customer Overview provides key insights into your customers and trends, helping you explore their spending and orders while gaining an overview of allergens and dietary requirements across your customer base. Below is a breakdown of the sections in the Customer Overview:

Number of Users Making a Purchase (Daily): Displays a graph showing the number of users who made a purchase each day within the period selected in the Date Filter (located in the top left corner).

Customer Dietary Preferences: Shows a chart of the dietary preferences selected by your customers.

Customer Allergens Requirements: Provides a chart displaying the number of customers who have selected specific allergens in the app.

This data will help you quickly gain an overview of your number of customers and their dietary needs.
