How do I schedule an automatic email delivery of a print list (1 minute read)

Scheduling a print list is beneficial if you want someone, such as a kitchen chef or school administrator, to automatically receive the list at a designated time each day.

To schedule a print list:

  1. Go to the Print section in Kanpla Administation.

  2. Use the filters to select the sales place and locate the print list you need.

  3. Click the "Plan" button next to the print list to create a schedule.

  4. Add the necessary settings and enter the recipients' email addresses.

Important: Ensure that the recipient's email settings allow messages from the Kanpla domain, as emails may be blocked or end up in the spam folder. Specifically, whitelist [email protected] to ensure our emails are delivered.
