This guide shows you how to step by step setup a QR Code to redirect your customers to either a location, salesplace or a specific product.
Step-by-step guide
Step 1: Go to admin.kanpla.dk
Step 2: Navigate to the App section in the admin panel
Step 3: Go to the In app redirect
Step 4: Navigate to the green button + create new redirect
Step 5: Give the QR-code a name
Step 6: Choose which salesplace the QR-code should be available to
Step 7: Choose the module you want to redirect them to
Step 8: Enable the box so it opens App Store or Google Play Store if the user dosen't have the app ✅
As of now you have created a QR-code for a specific salesplace and module. If your customers haven’t downloaded the app, they will be redirected to App Store or Google Play Store. If they already have the app installed, they’ll be taken to the browser version and prompted to open the app.
You can also redirect your customers to a specific product. After selecting the module you want to link to, you can then choose the exact product you’d like your customers to see.
