As an admin, you may be asked how a parent can update or recover their password. Here’s how you can guide them depending on their situation:
If the User Is Logged In:
If the parent is already logged into the Glanmore app or browser version, they can change their password from within their profile settings.
Steps:
Tap the profile icon (top-right corner)
Go to Settings
Select “Change password”
Enter current password and choose a new one
If the User Forgot Their Password:
If the parent can’t log in or has forgotten their password, they can reset it directly from the login screen.
Reset Instructions:
Open the Glanmore app or go to glanmore.kanpla.io
Tap “Log In”
Click “Forgot Password?”
Enter the email address used during signup
They’ll receive a password reset link by email (check spam/junk if not received)
