How do I select the correct Salesplace and manage the till license? (3 minute read)

Before using the Kanpla POS app, you need to assign a till license to your device. This is done by selecting the correct Salesplace and choosing the till you want the device to be connected to.

Follow the steps below:


Step 1: Open the Kanpla POS app on your device

Step 2: Choose your Salesplace from the list

This is the location (e.g., a café, canteen, or shop) where this POS device will be used.

Step 3: On the welcome screen, you’ll be prompted to assign a license

Tap “Assign license” to continue.

Step 4: After selecting the Salesplace, a list of available tills will appear

Each till represents a specific register or station at that location.

Step 5: Tap to select the till you want to assign your device to

Make sure it’s the one intended for this specific physical setup.

Step 6: Once selected, press “Continue” to confirm the assignment

Your device is now linked to the selected Salesplace and till, and ready to start taking orders.
