Note: At least one till profile is always required.
Till profiles define how payments and transactions are handled through your POS system. You can create different profiles for various setups—like café tills, event stalls, or internal use.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Log in to Kanpla Administration using your email and password.
Step 2: In the left-hand menu, click on “Settings.”
Step 3: Go to the “Modules” section.
Step 4: Select the POS module where you want to create a till profile.
Step 5: Click on the “Profiles” button located in the banner just below the module name.
Step 6: Click “Add new profile” to create a new profile.
Step 7: Enter a name for the profile (e.g. Café Staff, Event Kiosk, Kitchen POS).
Step 8: Select the specific location the profile should apply to.
Step 9: Enter a 4-digit PIN — this PIN will be used to access the POS under this profile.
Step 10: Click “Save” to create the profile.
Step 11: Press “Save” again in the top-right corner to apply all changes.
