Updated over 4 months ago

If you want to create a report for a specific product, you can use the Top Selling Products tool on the dashboard. Follow this detailed guide to get precise data:

Step 1: Select Point of Sale, Period, and Module

  • Log in to the dashboard.

  • Use the filters at the top to select:

    • Point of Sale: Choose the location where the product was sold

    • Period: Define the time frame you want to analyze (e.g., a week, a month, or specific days).

    • Module: Select the module associated with the product.

Once these filters are selected, all relevant data for the chosen period and location will be displayed.

Step 2: Navigate to ‘Top Products & Categories’

  • Scroll down to the Top Products & Categories section on the dashboard.

  • Click on the chart named Top-Selling Products, which shows a list of the most sold products during the selected period.

Step 3: Locate and Download Product Data

  • Hover your mouse over the Top-Selling Products box.

  • In the top-right corner of the box, a download icon (typically a downward arrow or disk icon) will appear.

  • Click this icon to download the data.

Step 4: Choose File Format

  • When you click the download icon, you will be presented with the following file options:

    • CSV File: Ideal for spreadsheet analysis using tools like Google Sheets or Excel.

    • Excel File: Suitable for advanced data processing and formatting.

    • PNG Image: Perfect for presentations or visual reports.

Select the desired format and save the file to your computer.

Example

If you want to view sales data for a specific sandwich in a canteen:

  1. Select the canteen as the Point of Sale and choose the month you want to analyze.

  2. Under Top-Selling Products, locate the sandwich in the list.

  3. Download the data as a CSV or Excel file for detailed analysis
