Guide: Label settings

Updated over 5 months ago

To streamline order processing, use the Print List function under “Labels” to compile all order labels into a single batch. This allows for efficient printing, enabling you to easily apply each label directly to the corresponding order, reducing time and minimizing errors.

General Settings

The following four settings are the most commonly used and are detailed in this article: Introduction to Kanpla Labels.

Space between labels

Show labels per order

Delivery labels

Show user’s division

Beyond these commonly used settings, there are additional options available to expand the layout of your labels.

Show modules together: All modules set up for the print list are displayed together. Therefore, various labels won’t be separated by modules.

Show user’s name: When this setting is enabled, the name of the user who placed the order is shown.

Show module name: This setting shows the name of the module where the product was purchased. For example, if a customer ordered a daily special from the ‘Lunch’ module, this will be indicated on the label.

Show product variant: If a product has multiple variants, the specific variant will be displayed on the label when this setting is enabled.

Show delivery note: The delivery note is available in the settings for each sales location under Customer Information.

Show approval number: This displays the associated approval number, which can be defined in the food safety compliance section in the settings.

Show custom order notes: Order notes are defined in the plugin section of the modules under ‘Text Input.’

Use label printer: Print labels one at a time using a label printer. For optimal performance, we recommend using Google Chrome and a Brother printer.

Hide address: If you do not want the delivery address to appear on the label, enable this setting.
