Guide: Division list settings

Updated over 5 months ago

The division list has a lot of extra options to add to make the print list as precise as you want it. The division list is designed for you to pull a list of users, their orders, their location and possibly division.

The following options will change the layout of the print list:

Space between divisions:

Adds blank space between different divisions (such as departments or categories) in the order list. This can help visually separate sections for easier navigation.

Each order on a separate page:

Formats each order to be printed on a new page, which can be useful for distribution or when handling individual orders separately.

Show order ID:

Displays the unique ID of each order, which can help with tracking and reference.

Show full name:

Ensures that the full name of the customer or recipient is displayed on the order, adding clarity and personalization.

Show number of all orders per class:

Shows the total count of orders within each category or class, providing a quick overview of order volumes per classification.

Show summary of all orders per class:

Displays a summary (such as totals or other relevant metrics) for each class of orders, useful for assessing order distribution and patterns.

Groups by division:

Organizes orders by specific divisions, making it easier to review or handle orders within distinct categories.

Include list of first page selections:

Adds a list of any options or settings selected on the first page of the document, providing context for how the document was generated.

Include email addresses:

Ensures that email addresses associated with each order are shown, which is helpful for communication and follow-up.

Sorting

You will also be able to enable sorting in the print list either by delivery time, product name or text input.

Sort by delivery time (if available):

Orders will be organized according to their scheduled delivery times, allowing you to prioritize based on when deliveries are set to occur. This is especially useful for time-sensitive orders or optimizing delivery schedules.

Sort by product name:

Orders are sorted alphabetically by product name, making it easier to locate or group orders for the same product.

Sort by a text input:

This option allows sorting based on a custom text input field, which could be a specific keyword, category, or label.
