Note: The product-specific deadline will take precedence over any deadlines set for the module. Individual deadlines cannot be assigned to products within flexible subscription or menu modules.
Step 1: Go to Mealplan (shop) in Kanpla Administration
Once logged in, locate the left-side panel on your dashboard.
Click on ‘Mealplan (Shop)’ to access the meal planning and shop settings.
Step 2: Select the specific product
In the Mealplan (Shop) section, select the specific module the product for the individual deadline is placed
When you find the product Click on it to open its details and settings.
Look for the category labeled ‘Edit Availability’ and select it.
Step 3: Open the Individual Deadline Feature
A new window with various features will appear.
Scroll down to find the ‘Individual Deadline’ option.
Click on ‘Activate’ to enable the individual deadline feature.
Step 4: Set the Desired Deadline
Once activated, you’ll be able to set the specific deadline for the product.
Enter the date and time that you want as the deadline.
Adjust any additional settings as needed
Step 5: Save Your Changes
After setting the deadline, click on ‘OK’ to confirm the changes.
You will now return to the main Mealplan dashboard
Make sure that you press ‘Save’ in the top right corner to confirm the changes.
Step 6: Verify the Deadline
Return to the product overview to double-check that the individual deadline is correctly set.
Optionally, you can test the ordering process by logging onto the app and make sure that the deadline shows on the edited products.
