How do I set up a product-specific deadline? (3 minute read)

Note: The product-specific deadline will take precedence over any deadlines set for the module. Individual deadlines cannot be assigned to products within flexible subscription or menu modules.

Step 1: Go to Mealplan (shop) in Kanpla Administration

  • Once logged in, locate the left-side panel on your dashboard.

  • Click on ‘Mealplan (Shop)’ to access the meal planning and shop settings.

Step 2: Select the specific product

  • In the Mealplan (Shop) section, select the specific module the product for the individual deadline is placed

  • When you find the product Click on it to open its details and settings.

  • Look for the category labeled ‘Edit Availability’ and select it.

Step 3: Open the Individual Deadline Feature

  • A new window with various features will appear.

  • Scroll down to find the ‘Individual Deadline’ option.

  • Click on ‘Activate’ to enable the individual deadline feature.

Step 4: Set the Desired Deadline

  • Once activated, you’ll be able to set the specific deadline for the product.

  • Enter the date and time that you want as the deadline.

  • Adjust any additional settings as needed

Step 5: Save Your Changes

  • After setting the deadline, click on ‘OK’ to confirm the changes.

  • You will now return to the main Mealplan dashboard

    • Make sure that you press ‘Save’ in the top right corner to confirm the changes.

Step 6: Verify the Deadline

  • Return to the product overview to double-check that the individual deadline is correctly set.

  • Optionally, you can test the ordering process by logging onto the app and make sure that the deadline shows on the edited products.
