How do I set up a product-specific deadline? (3 minute read)

Note: The product-specific deadline will take precedence over any deadlines set for the module. Individual deadlines cannot be assigned to products within flexible subscription or menu modules.

Step 1: Go to Mealplan (shop) in Kanpla Administration

  • Once you are logged in, locate the panel on the left side of your dashboard.

  • Click “Menu” to access your menu planning and shop settings.

Step 2: Select the specific product

  • In the Menu tab, choose the module where the product with the individual deadline is placed.

  • Find the product and click on it to edit its availability.

  • Here you can adjust the days the product is available and set up the product’s deadline.

Step 3: Open the Individual Deadline Feature

  • Click on “Order deadlines”.

You can now:

Set the product’s order opening time

Meaning: When should the product become available?

Set the product’s order deadline

Meaning: When is the latest time customers can place an order?

Step 4: Save Your Changes

  • After setting the deadlines, click “Save” to confirm your changes.

  • You will now return to the main menu dashboard.

Step 5: Verify the Deadline

  • Go back to the product overview to double-check that the individual deadline has been set correctly.

  • (Optional) You can test the ordering process by logging into the app to ensure the deadline appears correctly on the updated products.
