How do I change the selector for a user? (1 minute read)

The selector is typically used when a salesplace hosts multiple companies or school classes under the same salesplace. In the Kanpla Administration, you can easily update a user’s selector group:

Quick steps:

Step 1: Navigate to Overview in the left-side panel of Kanpla Administration.

Step 2: Click Show users in the top-right corner.

Step 3: Search for the user for whom you want to change the selector.

Step 4: Click the selector group field next to the user’s name and email, then change it to the desired group.
