Why do I not see any orders in the ordering overview? (1 minute read)

There are several reasons why you might not be seeing any orders in the ordering overview:

  1. No Orders Placed: The user may not have placed any orders during the selected period. Contact the user or admin to confirm if this is the case.

  2. Vacation Period Set: If the admin or user has added a vacation period for the sales place or selector, all orders for that time will be deleted. While you can't see the vacation period in the system, you can reach out to the admin or contact Kanpla support for assistance.

  3. Recurring Orders Not Renewed Yet: Recurring orders are renewed every two weeks. If you're looking for orders more than two weeks ahead, they may not have been renewed yet.
