Using the Ordering Dashboard: A Quick Guide (2 minute read)

In the Kanpla Administration, you can easily view all orders placed by customers at the salesplaces you have access to.

  1. Navigate to the main page by clicking on Overview in the left-side panel.

  2. You will see 3 filters that allow you to narrow down what you want to view, such as the number of products, orders, refunds, etc.

  3. Use the filters to choose specific salesplaces and modules that you want to view orders from.

  4. Remember to select the appropriate time period in the filters.

  5. You can filter one week at a time. Get data from more than one week by exporting this from the statistics section.

Example of What You Can See in the Ordering Overview:

  • Orders placed by customers:
    ​
    Filter on: > Orders > Select salesplaces > Select modules > Choose the relevant timeline.

  • Refunds for specific salesplaces:
    ​
    Filter on: > Refunds > Select salesplaces > Select modules > Choose the relevant timeline.

  • Revenue for specific days and salesplaces:
    ​
    Filter on: > Revenue > Select salesplaces > Select modules > Choose the relevant timeline.

This view allows you to track customer orders, refunds, and revenue at specific salesplaces with ease.
