How to set up in-app voting for your users: A step-by-step guide (4 minute read)

In-app voting is a fantastic way to engage your users by allowing them to vote on things like your menu, special events, or other polls. It helps create a sense of involvement and provides valuable insights for planning.

Quick steps:

Step 1: Log in to Kanpla Administration
Use your email and password to access the admin portal.

Step 2: Go to the Communication Section
On the left-hand panel, click on Communication.

Step 3: Select "Interaction"
In the new left-hand panel, choose Interaction.

Step 4: Filter by Salesplace
If needed, filter by your specific sales place.

Step 5: Click on the green button "Add a Voting"
Click on Add a voting to start creating your poll.


​Step 6: Fill in the name, content, question, and options
Enter the name, content, and the question, along with the options that users can vote on. See the video below for an example.
