In the Kanpla POS, you have the option to create custom orders tailored to your specific needs. Follow this guide to navigate through the process smoothly:
Click on the Create button to start a custom order. A model will pop up, presenting you with various options for customization
You have different options to create your custom product:
Editing product amount
You can edit the amount of this product by clicking - or +
Custom product name
You can enter a custom product name. By default, the product name will be "Custom product"Product category
You can select which category your custom product should inhere to. By default, the product line will be "Custom category"
Custom VAT rate
You can change the VAT rate by changing the it to custom or leave it to the default VAT rate
To create a custom order, you can simply apply multiple order lines. You add additional order lines by clicking on the + button below
By following these steps, you can effortlessly create custom orders on the POS system, tailoring each transaction to meet the specific requirements of your business or customers.
