Before using your POS setup in a live environment, it’s a good idea to test your connected printer to ensure it’s functioning correctly.
Follow the steps below to run a test:

Step 1: Make sure the printer is turned on
Check that the power cable is connected and the power light is on.
Step 2: Ensure the printer is connected to the POS device
Step 3: Open the Kanpla POS app
Step 4: Press ‘Reports’
Step 5: Now press the button ‘Print report’ (If this button doesn’t show your printer are not successfully connected)
Step 6: The report will now be printed and your printer is working
