There are two ways to grant a user access to specific modules or extend their user rights to an admin:
Option 1: User Adds a Password to Their Profile:
The user can manage their own access by:
Clicking on their profile icon.
Navigating to Passwords.
Entering the password for the module.
Clicking Save to update the changes.
Option 2: Admin (You) Assigns Access via User Overview:
You can assign access by following these steps:
Go to the User Overview on the main page of Kanpla Administration.
Click on Show Users in the top-right corner.
Find the user you want to grant access to.
In the Password column, click on the field next to their name.
From the dropdown, assign the relevant password or code for the specific module.
Remember to click Save after assigning the code.
This will give the user the necessary access to the designated module.
