How do I give a user admin rights? (2 minute read)

There are two ways to grant a user access to specific modules or extend their user rights to an admin:

Option 1: User Adds a Password to Their Profile:

  • The user can manage their own access by:

    • Clicking on their profile icon.

    • Navigating to Passwords.

    • Entering the password for the module.

    • Clicking Save to update the changes.

Option 2: Admin (You) Assigns Access via User Overview:

  • You can assign access by following these steps:

    • Go to the User Overview on the main page of Kanpla Administration.

    • Click on Show Users in the top-right corner.

    • Find the user you want to grant access to.

    • In the Password column, click on the field next to their name.

    • From the dropdown, assign the relevant password or code for the specific module.

    • Remember to click Save after assigning the code.

This will give the user the necessary access to the designated module.
