The Canteen ID is required during sign-up to link users to a specific sales location. Users enter the Canteen ID in the user app as part of the registration process.
Quick Steps:
Step 1: Go to Settings:
Click on Settings in the bottom-left corner of the Kanpla Admin panel.
Step 2: Access Salesplaces:
Select "Salesplaces" from the menu.
Step 3: Search for the Salesplace:
Use the search bar to locate the specific salesplace you're looking for.
Step 4: Locate the Canteen ID:
In the column named "Canteen ID", you'll find the 4-digit Canteen ID that users can use during sign-up
Note: This ID ensures that users are assigned to the correct salesplace during registration.
