Profile Management

  1. Access Profile Management:

    Go to the profile management section in your POS system, usually in settings or administration.

  2. Creating a New Profile:

    • Click to create a new profile.

    • Name the profile to identify the user or role.

    • Choose where the profile applies.

    • Set a unique four-digit PIN for security.

  3. Editing Existing Profiles:

    • Find the profile you want to change.

    • Select "Edit" to adjust settings.

    • Modify the name, location, or PIN as needed.

  4. Deleting Profiles:

    • If a profile isn't needed, delete it.

    • Find the profile and choose "Delete".

    • Confirm to remove it.

  5. Central Profile Consideration:

    • Think about creating a central profile.

    • It can be a default for all users or locations, simplifying management.

  6. PIN Code Consideration:

    • Stick to the four-digit PIN requirement for security.

    • Encourage memorable but hard-to-guess codes.
