How to renew subscription for user after deadline

If you notice that subscription renewals are missing, please contact Kanpla Support immediately.

Unfortunately, you do not have the ability to renew these subscriptions yourself, as it must be done through an internal system managed by Kanpla.

We can quickly and easily correct the issue, ensuring that all subscriptions are renewed promptly. Once this is done, you will need to simply pull the list again to get the updated, correct subscriptions.
